He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Clara Councilman; and his children, Mark Timothy Councilman (Jody) and Theresa Ann Ringgold. He is survived by: his children, Michael Councilman (Edith), Mary Susan Prahme and Kevin McKenna; his grandsons, James Councilman (Sarah), Timothy Nevins and Kenneth Nevins; and his siblings, June Kautsch and Marvin Councilman (Cathy). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Harvey's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude's Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
