He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda Johnson and George Wagner, Sr.; and his wife Frances Wagner. He is survived by: his children, Charles Strickland, April Warren, David Warren, Jr. and Megan Weimer; and his siblings, Roy Mullins (Bonnie), Bertha Beall (John) and Jessie Watson (Edward). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
