He is survived by: his children, Frank "Buzzy" Smith, III, Jaclyn Smith and Kelly Smith-Wilson; his significant other Shirell Wright; his stepchildren, Brandi and Brian; his parent Frank Smith; and his siblings, Kenneth Meador, Glenn Smith, Deborah Smith and William Smith.
