She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Polek. She is survived by: her sons, Robert William Polek (Helen) and James Walter Polek (Barbara); her grandchildren, Karen Kennedy, Terri Orofino, Kelly Fargher, Meghan Snyder and Jamie Ainsworth; and her great grandchildren, Robert, Ryan, Emma, Nicholas, Kasey, Jimmy, Isabella, Michael James, Lily Marie, Joseph William, Connor Matthew and Brendan Christopher. She is also survived by her siblings & is survived by many loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed in Ellie's name to the Hospice of the Chesapeake.
