He is survived by: his spouse Eleanor Wolf; his child Erica Herlth (Stephen Herlth, Jr.); his siblings, Kyle Wallace, Brian Smith and Charlene Smith; and his grandchildren, Zoe Herlth and Michaela Herlth.
