She is survived by: her husband P. Raymond Hughes, Jr.; her daughter Leah Ziegler; her grandchildren, Emanuel Christopher Ziegler, Jr. and Katie Colvin; and her sisters, Barbara (late Reid Oliver) and Kathy (Ron Carroll). She is also survived by 5 nieces and 1 nephew, other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Kay's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
