It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Deborah Kinsey (Halethorpe, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on February 9, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Tucker, Sr. and Lena Tucker; her husband Chuckie Kinsey (Charles); her daughter Rusty Poarch; her siblings, Thomas Walter Tucker, Jr. and Janie Stickley; and her aunt Val Jones.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, William, Blake, Olivia and Carter; and also Vernie Edwards. She is also survived by other loving nieces & nephews.
