It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Connor (Halethorpe, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 9, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Allan Fitzwater and Susan Fitzwater; her son Richard Connor, Jr.; her brother Donald Fitzwater; her nephews, Brandon Fitzwater and Tyler Fitzwater; her niece Megan Fitzwater; and her great-nephews, Abraham Fitzwater and Andrew Fitzwater.
