He was predeceased by: his parents, K. Dale Tillman and Joy Tillman; and his brother Steven Tillman. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Williams, Harry B. Viel, Jr. (Yvonne) and Kevin Tillman (Laura); his son Ray David Malish; and his nieces and nephews, Joy, Kristi, Teresa, Daniel, Mendy, Brooks and Michael. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be directed in David's name to the American Heart Association.
