He is survived by: his father Paul Hoyer; his siblings, Michael Hoyer and Paula King; and his children, Christopher Johns, Jeffrey Livesay, Stacy Livesay, Andrew Livesay and Eric Livesay. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
