He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Bouchat and William Bouchat; and his siblings, Henry Bouchat, Bill Bouchat and Mary Bouchat.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Bouchat; his children, Margaret Bouchat-Taylor, Kenneth Bouchat (Melissa), Sara-Jean Bouchat, Katherine Bouchat (Amy Wukitch) and Nicholas Bouchat (Amanda); his grandchildren, Howie, Cailey, Matthew of Lauren, J. R., Allison, Christopher, Nicholas, Ben, Cooper, Connor and Carter; his great grandchildren, McKenna, Paislee and Rocco; and his siblings, Frank Bouchat (Barbara), Lawrence Bouchat (Nancy), Carl Bouchat, Betty Wilson (Rodger Prieber), Joe Bouchat (Doris) and Pat Byther.
