He was predeceased by: his grandparent Terry Brown. He is survived by: his parents, Chad Paschall, Sr. and Cara Severe; his sibling Shianne Paschall; and his grandfathers, Chuck (Beverly Severe), Dave (Mary Paschall) and Butch (Kathy Phillips). He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, other family members and many friends.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Chad's memory to either Muscular Dystrophy Association or Ambrose Funeral Home to offset funeral expenses.
