She was predeceased by: her father James Alvin Setterholm; her husband William McCray Tinsley; her siblings, Ann Setterholm Taylor and James Alvin Setterholm, Jr.; and her stepfather Harold Thomas Simmons.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Ann Tinsley of Halethorpe and Lisa Marie Tinsley of Halethorpe; and her brothers, Peyton Roden, Jr. of Mechanicsville, VA and Edwin Roden (Melissa) of Mechanicsville, VA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
