She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Beatty; and her siblings, Kathy Myers, George Forrester and Sherry Showalter. She is survived by: her sons, Allen Jakubowski and Raymond Beatty (Brandy Hooker); her grandchildren, Kiersten Beatty and Jaden Beatty; her goddaughter Kayla Russell; her siblings, Diane Beatty (Walter), Roland Forrester, John Forrester and Carroll Forrester; and her brother-in-law Richard Myers. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made directly to the funeral home.
