It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur C. Welsh (Halethorpe, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on December 22, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur R. Welsh and Sarah A. Welsh; his former wife Joyce M. Welsh; and his brother James Welsh. He is survived by: his wife Deborah M. Welsh; his children, Susan M. Bass and William A. Welsh; his sisters, Sarah Ruth Carter, Norma Pace and Eleanor Small; and his grandchildren, Justin, Katie, Matthew, Jessica and Julie. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
