He was predeceased by: his parent Argie Rinehart (Prosper); and his siblings-in-law, True Alan Hubler and Anna Louise Smith. He is survived by: his parent Jacob Lewis Rinehart; his wife Frances "Fran" L. Rinehart (Shober); his daughter Toni Renee Rinehart of Hagerstown; his sister Edythe "Edie" Lorraine Rinehart; his son Brett Alan Hubler (Katie McCormick Hubler) of Charlotte, NC; his sister-in-law Sharon L. Harvey (William "Bill" F.); his nieces and nephews, Tisha L. Harvey Smith (Tim) of Richardson, TX, William and Lisa Louise Smith Flynn (Christopher) of Northern; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicholas and Hunter Flynn.
