He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mastrouni and Hattie Mastrouni (Feigley); and his siblings, Joseph Mastrouni, William Mastrouni, James Mastrouni, Freddie Mastrouni, Louis Mastiano, Elizabeth Wollard and Suzanne Wille.

He is survived by: his siblings, Clarence Mastrouni, Francis Mastrouni and Betty Mastrouni. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Wilbur's name to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 224 W. Washington St., Hagerstown, MD 21740.
