She is survived by: her mother Vernadine Louise House (Dagenhart) of Hagerstown, MD; her husband Roy Owens Smith; her children, Schwanna House (Josh Shives) and Chase Eichelberger (Katlyn); her stepsons, Donnell Murray, Christopher Smith and Caleb Smith; her siblings, Stephen House (Amy) and Denice Weaver (Melvin); her grandchildren, Camden, Colton, Charlotte, Bennett, Krislyn and Calvin; her nieces and nephews, Matty, Isaac, Justin and Kristin; and her close friends, Lisa Rhodes and Vicki Martin.
