He is survived by: his wife Rosa Mae Weller (Repp) of Hagerstown; his children, Stephanie Tolliver of Hagerstown and Russell Weller (Kristina) of Hedgesville; his grandchildren, Bradley Poole (Breann) of Greencastle, Dylan Tolliver of Hagerstown and Bailey Rose Weller of Hedgesville; his stepgranddaughter Skylar Smith of Hedgesville; his great grandchildren, Lenna Jade Poole, Clayton Eugene Poole and Charlotte May Poole; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kian and Haisleigh; his uncle Garvin Paige Weller of Big Pool; his cousin Keith Weller (Jackie) of Hagerstown; and his nephew Keith Robinson (Lori) of Hagerstown.
