He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Clark Rasey and Gertrude Burull Rasey; and his wife Janice Kerschner Rasey. He is survived by: his daughter Vicki Rasey Maloney (Michael Maloney); his grandchildren, Christopher Maloney, Sarah Maloney and Lauren Maloney; his son Jeffrey Watson Rasey; and his grandsons, Jeffrey Watson Rasey, Jr. and Matthew Rasey.
