He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Karl Kunde and Marion C. Kunde (Lohmann); his granddaughter Nicole Ashby; and his sister Verna. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Kunde; his children, Gerald Kunde (Karen) of Wolfsville, MD, Katherine Casidy (David) of Smithsburg, MD and Karen Jespersen (Bobbitt); his grandchildren, Shannon Skinner (Chris), Matthew Bobbitt (Jessica), Justin Casidy (Lynh), Natalie Bobbitt and Melanie Bobbitt; his great grandchildren, Kayla Ashby, Danielle and Jon; his brother Charlie (Mary); and also, Camden, Amelia and Carter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
