He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Toft (Dave), Wendy Ruch and Tammy Smith (Dennis); his grandchildren, Carol, Scott and Karen Toft; his great grandchildren, Rory and Ocean Toft; his sister-in-law Lillian Moore; and his siblings, Dr. Donald Ruch, Harry Green Jr. (Sharon), James Green (Connie), Robert Green (Brenda), Jody Foashe and Shirley Schotzhauct (Joe).
A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A burial was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rest Haven Cemetery (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
