He was predeceased by : his parents, Victor C. Springer and Fern Myrtle Springer (Wibberley); his wife Connie Lou Springer (Kitten); his sister Dorothie Stout; and his son-in-law Paul Smigelski.
He is survived by : his son Michael Springer (Patricia) of Hagerstown, MD; and his grandchildren, Christine Y. Smigelski of Williamsport, MD., Stephanie Nogle (John) of Smithsburg, MD, Toni Sollenberger (Jeff) of Hagerstown, MD., Jennifer, John (Johnny), Jessica, Alexis (Lexie), Tony (Scooter), Grace, Elizabeth, Casey and Patrick. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
