We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2020, at the age of 93, Velda Clanton (Hagerstown, Maryland), born in Cumberland, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorey Franklin and Blanche Ethel Ray Robinette; her husband Lee Roy Clanton; her siblings, Esther A. Newton, Opal A. Davis and Donald L. Robinette; and her half-siblings, Lena V. Payne and John F. Robinette.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley A. Harbaugh (Tim) of Hagerstown, MD and Roy Lynn Clanton of Hagerstown, MD; her sisters, Eunice C. Robinette of Boonsboro, MD, Norma E. Robinette of Boonsboro, MD and Charlotte E. Clippinger of Warfordsburg, PA; her granddaughter Angela R. Stouffer (Kevin); and her great grandchild Daniel W. Stouffer. She is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
