He was predeceased by: his parents, Trumer Francis Wagner and Mildred Lee Wagner (Swan); and his siblings, Sonja Marie Wagner, Sharon Kay Verdery (Wagner) and Robert Darrel Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife June Marie; his children, Deborah Marie, Rebecca Lynn and Trumer James, Jr. (Lisa); his grandchildren, John, Natalie, Sarah, Mark and James; and his sister Trudy Lee.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home (1331 Eastern Blvd N, Hagerstown, MD 21742). Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (600 S Potomac St, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
