He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Franklin Hose and Hilda Jane Hose (Bowers); his siblings, Sylvester Franklin Hose, Jr. and Catherine Tracey of Vickie Kirk; and his brother-in-law John Robert Kataline.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee Hose (Jenkins); his daughters, Charissa Hose and Charlena Hose; his siblings, Airy Shifflett of Hagerstown, Carrie Diane Schiano DiCola of Hagerstown, Doug Hose Sr. (Joyce) of Williamsport, Jerry Lee Hose, Sr. (Sue) and Paul Eugene Hose of Hagerstown; his grandchildren, Zane Austin Linwood Taulton, James Emerson Butts, Jr., Keira Marie Archie and Atlee Grace Hose; and his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Ann Kataline and Charlene Kay Gearhart. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
