She is survived by: her husband Chris; her daughters, Laura Beth Rippeon of Hagerstown and Jennifer Lynn Meyers of Fort Lauderdale, FL.; her siblings, Joe Racine (Deanna) of Jacksonville, FL, Tony Racine (Beth) of Charlotte, NC and Cathy Pell (Greg) of Felton, CA; and her brothers-in-law, Andrew Meyers and Steve Meyers. She is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews and 2 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Teresa's name to the Humane Society of Washington County.
