It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Grubbs (Hagerstown, Maryland), born in Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on August 30, 2019, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Grubbs, Jr. and Mary Lee Thompson; and her grandparents, Robert and Pauline Grubbs. She is survived by: her children, Joshua Grubbs (Meghan Murphy) and Jennifer Rice (Paul Ostrosky, Jr); her grandchildren, DeSean Grubbs, Kingslee Grubbs and Kimber Grubbs; and her siblings, Robin Laumann (Doug), Renee Weston and Jerry Simons, Jr. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to help defray the cost or to Hospice of Washington County.
