She was predeceased by: her parents, James R Burk and Margaret Jones Burk; her brother Lewis Burk; and her husband Eddie. She is survived by: her sons, Michael "Mike" Lushbaugh (Lisa Lawson Lushbaugh) and David "Dave" Lushbaugh (Tracy Suddith); her grandchildren, Sean Brandenburg (Erin Martin Brandenburg), Robby Suddith, Matt Suddith (Whitney Kennedy Suddith), Jason Rowland, Chris Rowland and Alicia Perez (Jason Hall); her great grandchildren, Devin Brandenburg, Logan Brandenburg, Tyler Cross, Zachary Cross, Ava Suddith, Romyn Suddith, Bentley Suddith and Ashton Rowland; her godchildren, Krista Shifler, Doug Barton, Kenny Cunningham and Taylor Baird; and her friend Donna Bockstanz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
