She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Fiddler and Mamie Fiddler (Johnson); her husband Cecil Howard "Buddy" Howe, Sr.; her siblings, Violet Fiddler, Daisy Clipp, Helen Gettel, Mildred Fiddler, Mamie Mundey, Margaret Cosgrove, Marie Davis, Marion, Robert, Herman and Mahalon Fiddler; and her grandson Tony Domer.
She is survived by: her children, Cecil H. Howe, Jr. (Robin) of Waynesboro and Debra E. Domer (Dan) of Myrtle Beach; her grandchildren, David "Bucky" Howe, Daniel Howe and Todd Domer; and her siblings, Mary Dowler and Kenny Fiddler. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 5-7 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Shirley's name to Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742.
