It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Saskia Maria Smith (Hagerstown, Maryland), who passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Kees Schouten; her sister Elaine Kirchoff; and her son Matthew Skinner. She is survived by: her husband James Smith; her mother Theodora Schouten; her siblings, Angela Burke, Steven Schouten, Jessica Smith and Marie Schouten; her sons, Daniel Skinner and John Skinner; her stepchildren, James Smith and Kimberly Smith; her daughters-in-law, Mary and Rachael; and her grandchildren, Jordan, Madisson, Zoey, Kiley, Sophie and Kase. She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
