He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick E. Williams and Francis L. Williams (Diehl); and his brother Grover Delbert Rudolph. He is survived by: his son Samuel E. Williams, Jr.; his granddaughters, Maidson, Meghan and Mekenna Williams; his great grandchild Da'Kari Redman; his sister Nancy L. Koontz (Ron) of Clear Spring, MD; his niece Marcia Rudolph; and his nephews, Scott Rudolph, Mike, Steven and Bryan Koontz.
