He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hunter and Evelyn Hunter of Stoneboro, PA.; his former wife Gail Byers Hunter; and his siblings, Audrey Wheeler (Hunter) and Donald George Hunter.
He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Vaughn; his stepchildren, John Vaughn (Wanda) of Leitersburg, MD., Tammy Barrier (Kelby) of Shippensburg, PA and Robert Vaughn (Pam); and his siblings, Mary Musser, Glenn Hunter (Linda) of Grove City, PA, Bob Hunter (Polly) of Pickerington and Frank Hunter of Kennedy, NY.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
