She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Roosevelt and Nina Beatrice Lunceford (Thomas); her husband Robert Dowler; her daughter Mary Hess; and her siblings, Mary Lunceford, Janet Kirby, Hazel Waddel, Stanley Lunceford, Kenneth Lunceford, Preston Lunceford and Fred Lunceford.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Dillow, Janet Dowler, Teresa Dowler, David Dowler, Earl Berkebile and Robert H. Dowler, Jr.; and her sister Linda Leatherwood. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Minnich Funeral Home (415 E Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
