She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Leroy Harbaugh and Carrie Elizabeth Hause; her husband Eugene Chester "Butch" Shank; and her sisters, Joan (Richard "Dick" Kershner), Betty (Tom Hull), Dolores (Charles "Sonny" Hornbecker) and Lorraine "Toots" (Norman Bowers).
She is survived by: her son Michael E. Shank (Wendy Tucker); and her brother Cecil "Butch" Harbaugh (Nelda) of Austin, TX..
