She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Swanger Sr. and Helen Swanger (Harnish); her siblings, Harvey Swanger and Charlotte Smith; and her significant other Robert W. Myers (Skip).
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Marie Merrill (Shannon) of Hagerstown and Robert Alan Myers (Erin) of Clear Spring; her grandchildren, Tenley Myers of Clear Spring, Brooks Myers of Clear Spring, Seth Merrill of Hagerstown, Isaiah Merrill (Taylor) of New Windsor, Drew Merrill (Mariah) of Hagerstown and Alex Merrill (Morgan Foster) of Troy, VA.; her brothers, Charles Swanger, Jr. of Hagerstown and George Swanger (Gail) of Hagerstown; her brother-in-law Kennard Smith, Jr. of White City, KS; and her great-aunt Thelma Butts (Harnish) of Hagerstown.
In place of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Cutting Edge Ministries, 32 East Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21740—a cause close to Rosa's heart.
