Wilbert (Phebus); his daughters, Tammy Potter (Tom), Elaine Wyatt (Rick) and Mary Nee (Brad); his brothers, Carl Wilbert (Judy) and Wayne Harley (Stacy); his grandchildren, James, Amanda, J. T., Randy, Alex, Mark and Martin; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Gabriel, Aubrey and Easton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
