He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edwin Hendrickson and Lena Rader Hendrickson; and his wife Barbara Hendrickson. He is survived by: his sons, Joe Hendrickson (Holly) and Jerry Lee Hendrickson Sr. (Alisa); his grandchildren, Mariah Hendrickson, Tahnee Hendrickson, Joey Hendrickson, Jerry Lee Hendrickson Jr., Lacey Thibaut, Amber Hendrickson, Shelby Hendrickson, Alexa Hendrickson and Ivy Ann Hendrickson; and his brother Gary Hendrickson (Debbie).
