He was predeceased by: his parents, Mahlon Joseph Brown and Viola Elizabeth Brown (Toms); and his sister Gladys Brown-Shockey. He is survived by: his wife Julia Yvonne Brown; his children, Robert M. Brown, II (Jacquie), Joni Sgaggero and Kellie A Koons (Larry); and his brother Donald Brown.
