He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Sr. Kinney and Edith B. Kinney; and his brother David Kinney. He is survived by: his wife Marguerite V. Williams; his children, Jane Baugher (Jerry) of Germantown, MD, Karen Shockey (Leonard) of Hagerstown, MD and Jim Kinney of Greencastle, PA; his grandsons, Brian Shockey of Middletown, CT and Jason Shockey of Rockville, MD; his niece Terri McLaney; and his nephew Chip Williams.
