He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter-in-law Tracy; his parents, Helen Todd and Oren Todd; his siblings, Lee Todd of Leetonia, OH and SaraLou Berg of Oak Ridge, TN; his wife Betty Anne Hildebrand; his children, Shelly Malone of Middlesex, NC, Kelly Logsdon (Mark) of Hagerstown, MD and Richard Todd Jr. (Tracy); his brother-in-law Rich Hildebrand (Elaine) of New Brighton, PA; his nieces and nephews, Richy, Jeannie and Deana; his brother-in-law Charles Hildebrand; and his great grandchildren, Caroline, Gavin, Kennedy (KJ), Allison, Lars, Kamryn, Tristan, Kayson, Kamdyn, Lily, Silas, Sydney, Lilly, Buddy, MacKenzie (Baby Mack), Taylor and Hayden. He was also cherished by his grandkids and great grandkids and any other child.
