She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Elmo and Esther Link Crane (Hendricks); her husband Franklin James Hoover; her daughter Margaret Ann Bray (Philip Jackson Bray); her siblings, Joyce Brewer, Bruce Melvin Crane and Richard Lee Crane; and her great grandchild Joshua Henry.
She is survived by: her daughter Christine Coss; her brother Robert C. Crane; her grandson Douglas Henry; and her great grandchildren, Aaron and William Henry. She is also survived by four great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Jean's name to a charity of ones choice.
