He was predeceased by: his parents, James Charles Watkins and Isabel Irene Watkins (Poffenberger); and his sister Barbara Sue Stevenson. He is survived by: his sisters, Bonnie Hart of Cumberland and Carolyn McMahan of Cumberland; his cousins, Glenn Poffenberger and Glennwood Poffenberger; and his nephew Jason McMahan. He is also survived by his sisters and relatives.
