He was predeceased by: his parents, George Franklin and Mabel Elretta Nalley (Howell); his wife Genevieve Virginia Nalley (Jenkins); his stepson Lonnie M. Jenkins; and his siblings, Alice Cunningham, Gladys Short, Marjorie Zimmerman, Catherine Shank, Clarence Nalley, Robert Nalley, George Nalley and Walter Nalley.
He is survived by: his daughter Tara J. Hathaway (James) of Myersville, MD; his daughter-in-law Marcia Jenkins; his sisters, Mabel Hornbaker of Williamsport, MD and Rosalyn Suffecool of Hagerstown, MD; his grandchildren, Daryl, April, Breanne and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Daxon, Adelyn and Ayla; and his niece Jeanie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
