He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gloria Smith (Cleveland) of Columbus, OH and Clayton C. Wood; his wife Carol Wood; his children, Christopher T. Wood (Kristin) of Greenwood, IN, Alyssa L. Greenwalt (Brian) of Fort Wayne, IN and Charles A. Wood (Elizabeth) of Newburgh, IN; his grandchildren, Kayla Greenwalt, Sadie Wood, Claire Wood and Austin Greenwalt; his brother Brad Wood (Cheryl) of Columbus, OH; his stepfather Kermit Smith; and his sons, Brian, Bill, Brad and David Smith. He was also cherished by 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
