He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lawrence Decker and Mildred Dona Decker (Hower). He is survived by: his wife Mona Belle Decker; his children, Angela Dee Decker of Myersville, MD, Ashleigh Jean Tidd (Eric) of Littlestown, PA and Adam Richard Decker (Elise) of Hampstead, MD.; his grandchildren, Michael Andrew, Nora Belle, Landon Scott, Molly Elizabeth and Trevor D. Randall; and his brothers, Ron, Dub, Lester and Robert. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
