He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar R. Hoover and Marjorie Irene Hoover (Schriener); and his wife Edna Ruth Hoover. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Allan Hoover (Barbara) of Hagerstown, MD, Daniel Mark Hoover (Tammy) of Williamsport, MD, Donald Clark Hoover of Hagerstown, MD, David Keith Hoover of Pensacola, FL and Dawn Beckley of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
