It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Kelley (Hagerstown, Maryland), born in Clear Spring, Maryland, who passed away on June 28, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Hull and Olive Carbaugh Hull; her husband Wilbur G. Kelley; and her siblings, Francis Hull, Edwin Hull and Doris Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Nikki Stewart (William "Bill") of Fayettevillle, PA, Paula Buffington of Hagerstown, MD, Keith Kelley (Diane) of Gales Ferry, CT and Jeffrey Kelley (Jackie) of Hagerstown, MD; and her granddaughters, Lisa Hall (Dave), Heather Bullock (Kevin), Meghan Kelley, Gretchen Kelley and Rachel Buffington. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
