With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Norman (Hagerstown, Maryland), born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on April 8, 2020 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Orville. He is survived by: his daughter Traci Castellanos (Fidel). He is also survived by one brother, John S. French; 14 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
