She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Victor Owen and Mary Thumma (Williams); her husband Kenneth Lee Reid; her children, Ronald Reid (Rhonda) of Hagerstown and Traci Green (Ralph) of Hagerstown; her grandchildren, Ryan Reid (Taylor, Ross Reid), Fiancé, Andrea and Madison Green; and her great grandchildren, Evan Reid and Sandy Naylor.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Peggy's name to Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Ave., Hagerstown 21742.
